#6: Periodic Table for 2

Visiting one of our Nitinol (Nickel Titanium) suppliers we got the chance to play around with the elements in raw form. Now all we need is some super high pressure and extreme heat, with some other complex metallurgy processes, and our magic metal material (Nitinol+) comes alive!

Nitinol is a metal alloy of nickel and titanium with unique properties, including superelasticity or pseudoelasticity and “shape memory” properties. That means nitinol can remember its original shape and return to it when heated. It also shows remarkable elasticity under stress.
